He not only saved us a ton of money by avoiding horrendous issues with other houses, but actually takes the time to explain the issues, multiple viable solutions, and his recommendations. Mark is a professional in every sense of the word. He arrived early and immediately began assessing what we could. His knowledge is VAST to say the least, not only did he come with everything he needed and more to inspect the home he did provided updates as he went from different sections of the house. He informed on what needed to be addressed and also what was good to know. Would rate higher than 5 stars if I could. Will hands down use Mark again in the future.
