Mark is the absolute best!

He is professional, personable and extremely knowledgeable. Being first time home buyers can be a scary thing but with Mark and Erica, we found the process enjoyable and fun. He took his time and ensured that we understood everything in great detail.

The first home we were interested in was over 70 years old and although we didn’t move forward we learned so much. Not only was Mark happy to explain everything as we followed along (my notebook in hand), he was patient and kind. We caught ourselves using his tips and tricks along the way (filling sinks and judging vortex lol) and because of that, we finally found our perfect first home!
