Very soon after the inspection, we received a comprehensive written report. We were confident purchasing our home knowing a thorough inspection had been done. In addition, after moving into our home we contacted Mark simply to ask for a referral to have some work done. Mark was a pleasure to work with. We couldn't go into the home with him due to COVID restrictions but he frequently came outside to chat with us. He was detailed, explained things in clear understandable ways and he made the experience fun ! The report we received after was thorough with pictures and details of what we discussed onsite.
