We were recommended Mark for a home inspection and we were very happy with our experience. Mark is friendly, patient and professional. He was very thorough, checking and documenting everything. He answered all questions we had and explained the aspects that were concerns, categorizing everything as fine, may need attention but not of worry and what to address right away. Having him go over everything was very reassuring for a first home. Purchase. We received a very detailed report that included photos taken of the areas of note in and outside the home, with diagrams and explanations of what is to be addressed. A very useful document for reference. Was open about us reaching out with any questions or concerns. Thank you!

In the process of buying my first home and Mark took his time to explain everything around the house! Apart from that, he also realized that he over-estimated the price of the inspection and brought it down. He could easily have left the price and kept the money but great integrity was shown. Mark is the absolute best! He is professional, personable and extremely knowledgeable. Being first time home buyers can be a scary thing but with Mark and Erica, we found the process enjoyable and fun. He took his time and ensured that we understood everything in great detail. The first home we were interested in was over 70 years old and although we didn’t move forward we learned so much.
