05 Apr 2019Mark completed a home inspection for us today, and went way above expectations. As first time home buyers, my wife and I were nervous about the process but Mark's approach and knowledge put our minds at ease. We would recommend him to all home buyers, made the whole process stress-free!

Mark came out to do a home inspection for us today, and he went way above and beyond our expectations! He not only did a very thorough job, he made sure to take his time and ensure my wife and I understood the entire process. As first time home buyers, we were nervous not knowing what to expect. Mark was both personable and extremely knowledgeable, making us feel very comfortable with our understanding of the home inspection. We recommend Mark to both experienced and first time home buyers, made the entire process extremely stress-free.

Mark is highly knowledgable and thorough professional. He walked us over small details to answer our questions to our satisfaction. In addition to a detailed home inspection report with pictures and illustrations, he provided us with valuable tips for the future upkeep of our next house and moreover, my daughter was happy to get a monster proof report. We had a peace of mind to make a firm offer. Lastly, his customer care is unparalleled as Mark went out of his way to answer our questions 9 months after the completion of inspection.

Mark was very professional and thorough, helping us identify areas in our home that would need to be updated or fixed. He helped us identify moisture in the basement so that we could deal with it right away. We felt confident in purchasing after hearing from him and going through the report.

This guy is amazing! Very detailed home inspections, and he answers all of your questions. He takes extra time to make sure his customers understand the details of his findings and that they are happy. I will definitely recommend him to people who are buying or selling a house.

Highly recommend Mark for a home inspection. He came as a referral from my realtor and after reading his reviews I decided to go with him. There wasn't a second I regretted that decision after meeting him. Mark encouraged me to join him on the inspection and took the time to do a thorough inspection including explaining the issues, what it would take to resolve them and little tips on preventative maintenance. His report was thorough with pictures and descriptions. He will definitely be hearing from me on my next home purchase. Thanks Mark!

This guy is a pro in every sense of the word. He not only saved us a ton of money by avoiding horrendous issues with other houses, but actually takes the time to explain the issues, multiple viable solutions, and his recommendations. You really feel like you are getting coached by an expert and a friend. I am sad we will not be needing his services anymore, because we found a house! Mark went above and beyond to ensure he inspected the house properly. His report was thurough and detailed with pictures for future reference. He went to all lengths to explain every future issues that could arise. I was completely satisfied with his inspection and would highly recommend his services.
