I had a few concerns about the property we were about to sell so I decided to have a home inspector come by to advise on any critical work that may need to be done before selling. Mark was the first home inspector I called. He was very friendly and helpful. It was obvious he had a lot of knowledge, but also very willing to help. After speaking with him, I booked an appointment right away and didn't bother calling anyone else for quotes to compare. When I met with Mark, he was very diligent and thorough. The home inspection itself was a great learning experience. Mark also offered his advice if I needed it throughout the selling process. Being a first time home buyer, I admittedly did not know much about the whole inspection process. Mark was amazing in walking us through the process and answering all of our questions. He was able to really break down some of the technical jargon and help us understand all aspects of the house inside and out. He followed up with his report a few hours later that included a ton of detail and pictures to assist in the explanations.
