First time home buyers-so we were super nervous on our first inspection but Mark really came and attended and went about it in such a way that he kept us updated at each step and even and was very patient to answer all questions calmly! Very importantly his observations/findings and report stopped us from buying a money pit! so when it came time to inspect our 2nd attempt at a new home - we asked for Mark again!
